Analysis Group Principal Juliette Caminade will serve as moderator for the American Bar Association Antitrust Law Section’s AI & Antitrust Series, Episode 2: Foundation Models and LLMs. The webinar will examine the extent to which AI foundation models and large language models are raising competition questions. The panel will demystify how these technologies work, explore developing vertical theories of harm and enforcement priorities, and consider how antitrust frameworks can adapt to fast-moving AI innovation. Panelists include Christina Ma (Wachtell Lipton Rosen & Katz), Doha Mekki (University of California, Berkeley School of Law), and James Allan (University of Massachusetts Amherst), and Kostis Hatzitaskos (Cornerstone Research).
