Principal Paul Hibbard will join a panel evaluating the reliability and affordability of various energy resource options for New England. Mr. Hibbard will address the array of policies and programs needed to deliver peak load reduction and demand response sufficient to reduce costs, enhance reliability, and improve resource adequacy. He will be joined by Alicia Barton (Vineyard Offshore), Nathan Phelps (Vote Solar), Armond Cohen (Clean Air Task Force), and John O’Brien (JERA Americas).
