Vice President Cyril Hariton will join a Concurrences panel that will debate how Europe can strike the right balance between access, innovation, and competition in digital markets. Panelists will discuss insights from recent EU case law, Article 102 TFEU, the Digital Markets Act, challenges with compliance and operational constraints, and opportunities and risks that arise in innovation-driven collaborations.
