Analysis Group Vice President Cyril Hariton will moderate the “National Merger: Aeon/Tsuruha Retail Merger” panel at the 2026 Association of Competition Economics Conference. The panel will examine the national merger of Aeon, one of Japan’s largest retail companies, with Tsuruha Holdings, the country’s largest drugstore chain.
