Analysis Group Vice President Liz Milsark will join a webinar panel on the attempted Kroger-Albertsons Merger, hosted by the CBA Economics and Law Committee jointly with the CBA Young Lawyers Committee of the CBA Competition Law and Foreign Investment Review Section. The panel will examine the termination of the proposed Kroger-Albertsons merger following rulings in the US District Court for the District of Oregon and the King County Superior Court for the State of Washington and will explore key thoughts and takeaways related to the antitrust outlook and its applications to Canadian law.
Panelists include Emily Blackburn (King & Spalding) and Kuruvilla J. Olasa (Munger, Tolles & Olson). Nadia Soboleva (Charles River Associates) will moderate the panel.
