Vice President Nori Mehta will join the “Navigating the Inflation Reduction Act, 340B Drug Program Litigation & Other Developments in Pricing” panel at the Informa Pharma Law USA conference. Panelists will discuss the administration’s approach to drug pricing negotiations, challenges surrounding the 340B program, updates on the Inflation Reduction Act, and recent court cases involving Johnson & Johnson, Eli Lilly, Novartis, and Sanofi. Ms. Mehta will be joined by Andrew J. Twinamatsiko (Georgetown Law), Charley John (Walgreen Co.), and Judy Haron (PhRMA).
