Analysis Group Consultants to Present at 2023 ABA Antitrust Law Spring Meeting

Members of Analysis Group’s Antitrust & Competition practice will participate in a panel and the mock trial at this year’s American Bar Association (ABA) Antitrust Law Spring Meeting.
- President Pierre Y. Cremieux will join a panel addressing the role economics can play in criminal antitrust litigation, as well as the legal and practical implications of introducing economic evidence at trial. Other participants will include Michael Tubach (O’Melveny & Myers), Nicholas Banasevic (Gibson Dunn), and Eyitayo St. Matthew-Daniel (Paul Weiss).
- Managing Principal Divya Mathur will join the Spring Meeting Mock Trial as the testifying economist for the defense. The trial will tackle some of the challenging criminal enforcement issues raised in recent antitrust cases across multiple industries. Other participants will include William M. Katz (Holland & Knight), Hon. James Donato (US District Court, Northern District of California), Veronica S. Moyé (Gibson Dunn), Anna T. Pletcher (O’Melveny & Myers), and James Weingarten (Federal Trade Commission).
