Mr. Clip is a technology executive with deep expertise in software engineering, specializing in financial services, health care, and information security. He has extensive experience in software architecture, agile development, and building and securing large‑scale platforms for highly regulated sectors. Mr. Clip has served as an expert witness on software issues in several cases and provided testimony at trial. In health care, he led the development of McKesson’s RelayHealth HIE (Health Information Exchange) as well as the technical delivery of the nationwide CommonWell Health Alliance interoperability network.
