Dr. Mohan specializes in applying econometrics and statistical methods to complex litigation matters. He conducts economic analyses to support academic and industry experts in their preparation of testimony and reports. Dr. Mohan has worked on liability and damages issues across a broad range of areas, including ERISA, structured finance, securities, corporate governance, and commercial litigation. In ERISA-related matters, his experience includes the evaluation of mutual fund fees, investment suitability, monitoring of plan investments, asset allocation, recordkeeping fees, and damages estimation. Dr. Mohan has supported experts in numerous commercial litigation matters, including on topics related to breach of contract and excessive compensation. Prior to joining Analysis Group, he was an asset allocation analyst at Fidelity Investments.
