Summary of Experience

Mr. Nasr specializes in the application of quantitative economic and financial analyses to securities and finance litigation. He has assisted clients and supported experts throughout the litigation process, from the preparation of expert reports to deposition and trial testimony. Mr. Nasr has extensive experience in using statistical techniques to analyze large trading datasets and identify high-frequency trading strategies in cash, equity, and derivatives markets, and has assisted in government investigations into manipulative trading practices. He has significant experience in issues related to financial market trading and microstructure. Mr. Nasr also studies the economic price impact of corporate disclosures and develops models to estimate aggregate damages exposure and assess market efficiency.
