Mr. Amin specializes in economic and valuation analysis in complex finance and securities litigation matters. He has supported academic and industry experts in matters involving a broad range of topics, including bankruptcy, securities law violations, and mortgage-backed securities. His finance and securities work has included valuation of publicly traded companies and privately held assets; evaluation of servicing, due diligence, underwriting, and damages in residential mortgage-backed securities litigations; and analysis of allegations of securities fraud. Mr. Amin has assisted attorneys and supported experts throughout all phases of the litigation process, including discovery, expert report filing, deposition, and trial.
