Dr. He specializes in applying microeconomic, finance, and accounting theory to matters involving economic analysis, valuation, and financial modeling. He has extensive experience supporting experts and legal teams across all stages of the litigation process, including discovery, case strategy, expert reports, depositions, and trial. His work spans a range of industries, including technology, telecommunications, consumer products, and pharmaceuticals, with a focus on intellectual property and complex damages disputes. Dr. He has supported experts in engagements involving the quantification of lost profits, price erosion, unjust enrichment, and the economic impact of false advertising, as well as other valuation and damages issues. He has taught economics and accounting at both the undergraduate and graduate levels, and his peer-reviewed research has been published in The Journal of Accounting and Economics, a leading academic journal in the field. Prior to joining Analysis Group, Dr. He worked in the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board’s Center for Economic Analysis, where he conducted research on accounting and auditing regulations and their effects on firms, investors, and auditors.
