Mr. Judd specializes in applying consumer behavior research methods and economic theory to litigation matters, and in the use of data-driven analyses in complex antitrust and competition cases. He has supported marketing and consumer behavior experts in matters involving false advertising claims, intellectual property disputes, and data privacy issues related to consumer behavior and decision making. Mr. Judd has also supported experts in engagements involving assessments of the competitive effects of proposed mergers, economic damages, class certification, alleged collusive conduct, and labor disputes, among other matters. He has worked closely with clients and experts throughout all phases of the litigation process, including the preparation of expert reports, depositions, settlement negotiations, and trials and hearings.
