Summary of Experience
Mr. Denault specializes in the application of economic and financial theory to questions arising in commercial disputes, ERISA, intellectual property, statistical sampling, and other areas of law and economics. His litigation and advisory experience includes calculation of lost profits, assessment of investment suitability, analysis of municipal bonds, evaluation of patent infringement damages, development of statistical sampling procedures, and assistance in other commercial disputes. Prior to joining Analysis Group, Mr. Denault worked at Citizens Bank, where he was primarily responsible for managing bank funding and evaluating liquidity risk. Mr. Denault is also a CFA charterholder.
