Summary of Experience
Dr. Easson specializes in epidemiology and health economics and outcomes research (HEOR), with a focus on real-world evidence generation. She has experience analyzing data from retrospective claims, electronic health record databases, and chart review studies to assess burden of illness, treatment patterns, and clinical and economic outcomes. Dr. Easson has conducted research in a variety of therapeutic areas, including oncology and neurological, neuromuscular, renal, and hepatic disorders. Prior to joining Analysis Group, Dr. Easson was a doctoral researcher at McGill University, where she applied neuroimaging techniques to study brain development in neonatal intensive care unit survivors. Her work has been presented at numerous scientific conferences, including The Professional Society for Health Economics and Outcomes Research (ISPOR), the European Society for Medical Oncology, and the American Society of Nephrology, and published in peer-reviewed journals such as Clinical Lung Cancer, Hepatology Communications, The Journal of Pediatrics, the Journal of the American Heart Association, Human Brain Mapping, and Brain and Behavior.
