Her experience spans all stages of the litigation process, including the preparation of expert reports, depositions, and trial testimony, working with both academic and industry experts. In finance-related engagements, her work has focused on issues involving securities fraud, portfolio management, corporate governance, and the assessment of damages related to investment suitability. In commercial disputes, she has contributed to cases involving false advertising, patent infringement, and trademark infringement, and has experience designing, administering, and analyzing surveys, as well as quantifying damages arising from these allegations. Prior to joining Analysis Group, Ms. Gao worked in strategy consulting and in marketing and analytics roles at early-stage startups.
