Summary of Experience

Dr. Khomenko specializes in technology, economics, statistics, computational methods, and data science. He has advised clients across a range of industries on complex litigation and strategic business matters involving software and hardware technologies, privacy, cybersecurity, blockchain, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and finance, among other areas. In this capacity, he has supported clients and experts through reports, depositions, hearings, and trial testimony by analyzing source code, large-scale datasets, server and transmission logs, and complex digital systems spanning web, mobile, browser, and advertising technologies. His experience includes designing technical experiments and testing infrastructure; evaluating data collection, storage, sharing, and personalized advertising practices; explaining machine learning and AI systems; analyzing advertising pricing algorithms and damages methodologies; and developing blockchain analytics tools for NFT-related matters. Prior to joining Analysis Group, Dr. Khomenko conducted research and taught courses in econometrics, statistics, labor economics, and industrial organization, and advised international organizations and government entities.
