Mr. Ibaid specializes in economic, financial, and statistical analysis applied to matters across technology, public policy, energy, health care, and financial services. His consulting work includes litigation support, regulatory strategy, and market analysis, with expertise in financial modeling, causal inference, forecasting, and economic impact studies. He has collaborated with engineers, data scientists, and academic experts to develop scalable analytic solutions using tools such as Python, R, Stata, and SQL. His research has addressed decarbonization strategies, macroeconomic policy, and local economic development, and he has coauthored publications on sales taxes and business inputs as well as state and local tax systems.
