Ms. Murphy specializes in conducting economic and financial analyses and damages estimation in complex finance and securities, antitrust, and commercial litigation matters. She has managed teams and designed and performed analyses in support of academic affiliates and industry experts in matters involving a broad range of topics, including ERISA, financial markets, securities lending, and technology. Ms. Murphy's ERISA-related experience includes evaluations of the selection of plan investments, the monitoring of plan investments, asset allocation, and investment option performance and fees. Her antitrust case work has included analyzing market structure and competitive dynamics, assessing the appropriateness of class certification, and estimating antitrust damages. Ms. Murphy has supported attorneys in all phases of litigation, including case strategy, discovery, preparation of expert reports, assessment of opposing experts’ work, and preparation for deposition and trial.
