Summary of Experience
Dr. Wascher specializes in the application of economic and financial theory and econometrics to questions arising in complex finance, antitrust, and health care litigation. He has supported academic and industry experts testifying in engagements involving allegations of securities fraud, collusive practices, corporate governance issues, valuation, pharmaceutical pricing, and bankruptcy. He has experience assisting experts in assessing allegations of market power and price-fixing in agriculture, pharmaceutical, and technology industries; estimating damages due to price manipulation; evaluating private equity transactions and corporate governance practices; and opining on class certification issues. Prior to joining Analysis Group, Dr. Wascher was an instructor in financial economics at the University of Minnesota.
