Ms. Kim’s experience includes valuation of early-stage and pre-revenue companies, assessment of public company financial disclosures and alleged disclosure deficiencies in connection with public listings, evaluation of nonprofit organizational structure and governance, and analysis of financial issues arising from developments in AI. Ms. Kim has also supported health care regulatory and antitrust matters, including analysis of competitive effects, relevant regulatory frameworks, and market dynamics, as well as marketing and privacy disputes involving alleged privacy infringement and digital platform conduct.
