Ms. Lu specializes in the application of economic and financial theory to a range of complex business litigation disputes. Her experience includes analyses of intellectual property (IP), damages, commercial disputes, and tax matters. Her case work has included analyzing domestic industry, remedy, bond, public interest, and commercial success issues before the International Trade Commission (ITC); assessing damages related to patent infringement, trade secret misappropriation, and breach of contract; and analyzing the economic substance and business purpose of tax-related transactions. Ms. Lu has supported experts throughout the litigation process, including pre-complaint consulting, discovery, expert report filing, deposition, and trial.
