Dr. Pang applies economic, financial, and statistical analyses to complex questions in financial and commercial litigation. His litigation and advisory experience includes developing valuation models for complex, privately held assets in the media and telecom industries; assessing the economic impact of public companies’ disclosures and omissions; estimating damages in commercial and intellectual property disputes; and evaluating discrimination claims in a class action against a major public transit provider. Prior to joining Analysis Group, Dr. Pang conducted research in applied microeconomic theory and financial economics, developing game-theoretic models and experiments to study the role of incomplete information in securities markets.
