He has supported experts in the valuation of digital assets and public and private companies, and in the evaluation of compensation structures and incentive mechanisms for general and limited partners in private equity and venture capital funds. He has also provided consulting support in litigation matters involving digital assets, securities, and SPACs, including analyses of trading behavior and transaction costs in digital asset markets and potential damages arising from alleged misrepresentations.
