In this area, he has analyzed fiduciary decision making related to investment menus, service provider arrangements, and fee structures, including assessments of investment management, recordkeeping, managed account, and stable value products, as well as consideration of environmental, social, and governance-related factors. Dr. Chen’s experience also includes breach of contract disputes involving accounting and financial issues and restrictive covenants, including non-compete agreements, across industries such as food, health care, and tax preparation; antitrust matters involving price fixing, market manipulation, and abuse of market dominance; and class certification matters involving institutional banks, digital transaction platforms, medical food producers, and online productivity tools.
