Mr. Vantelon is a senior consultant at Ricol Lasteyrie specializing in valuation, mergers and acquisitions, and debt financing. He began his career with four years in restructuring advisory. Mr. Vantelon joined Ricol Lasteyrie as a manager – notably, overseeing valuation assignments and independent expert engagements. As a partner, he has worked on a wide range of assignments, including numerous fairness opinions under Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) regulation. At EY, Mr. Vantelon spent four years working within the Valuation, Modeling & Economics team.
He has experience in corporate finance, fairness opinions, damages valuations in a litigation context, and shareholding restructuring. Mr. Vantelon works with executive boards on financial operations, independent appraisals, and mergers. He is the president and founder of Acteval Finance, a certified public accountant, and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and the French Society of Appraisers (SFEV).
