Summary of Experience
Mr. Steing, a partner at Ricol Lasteyrie, is in charge of compliance department. He has expertise in judicial; compliance; and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) issues. Previously, he served as a magistrate at France’s Ministry of Justice – notably, as a judge and deputy general prosecutor specializing in economic and financial law. Mr. Steing also served as general secretary of the High Commission for Audits (H3C), the French regulatory body for statutory auditors. At H3C, he was responsible for implementing quality control review of the audits conducted on large corporations and represented the regulatory body before national and international public authorities.
