Summary of Experience
Mr. Stichman specializes in the application of finance and economics to complex business litigation and damages estimation. Mr. Stichman has managed projects across a broad range of matters involving antitrust, structured finance, securities, ERISA, and intellectual property. He has provided assistance to attorneys in all phases of litigation. Mr. Stichman has supported expert witnesses on numerous securities engagements, including In re American Funds Fee Litigation, one of the largest securities matters ever to go to trial. Mr. Stichman also has experience in the calculation of damages in cases involving allegations of horizontal price-fixing, attempted monopolization, patent infringement, breach of contract, and business interruption.
Prior to joining Analysis Group, Mr. Stichman conducted research and analyzed policy issues at Economic Analysis LLC and the US General Accounting Office.
