Summary of Experience
Ms. Attia specializes in the application of economic analysis and the quantification of damages in complex litigation matters. Her experience spans a range of disputes, including intellectual property, class certification, breach of contract, antitrust, labor and employment, and matters involving statistical sampling. Ms. Attia’s experience in patent infringement matters includes the evaluation of reasonable royalty damages and lost profits and has spanned a wide range of industries, including telecommunications, wireless communications, oil and gas, consumer electronics, semiconductors, mobile devices, and software. Her other casework has similarly involved a wide range of industries, including aviation, food and beverage, beauty, health care, tax services, and hospitality. Ms. Attia has led case teams and assisted testifying experts across all phases of the litigation process, including fact discovery, expert report preparation, deposition, trial, and settlement. Prior to joining Analysis Group, she provided economic consulting services at a global business advisory firm.
