Ms. Chadwick, Chartered Financial Analyst, is a seasoned asset manager and financial consultant with more than 35 years of investment experience in both public and private markets. She is founder and president of Ravengate Partners LLC, a consulting firm that provides advice on financial markets and global economics. She has managed billions of dollars in client assets, including corporate pension funds, endowments, and foundations. Her financial strategy experience includes equity-research analysis, portfolio management, investment policy decision making, asset allocation, performance measurement, and financial business planning. She has served as an expert in suits involving investment processes, research, and portfolio management. She also sits on the boards of mutual fund complexes and public companies.

Ms. Chadwick served as chief investment strategist at Invesco, where she oversaw the management of more than $12 billion in investment funds and provided recommendations to clients. Her responsibilities also included director of research, portfolio construction, asset allocation, trading, and client service. Prior to Invesco, she was head of U.S. equities for Chancellor LGT, managing more than 50 staff and overseeing $15 billion in investments. Ms. Chadwick began her financial services career at the Ford Foundation before joining Citicorp Investment Management as a senior research analyst. She writes on economic issues and has made frequent appearances on business programs on FOX and CNBC.
