Analysis Group academic affiliate Emma Frejinger will lead an American Bar Association (ABA) webinar that will provide a technical primer on AI for antitrust practitioners, moderated by Manager Timothy J. Spittle. The session will explain key AI concepts for antitrust lawyers, including how systems are built, the roles of data and models, and design tradeoffs. The discussants will share a vocabulary and framework that antitrust lawyers can use to engage with AI matters.
