Vice President Anne Catherine Faye will co-chair the ABA’s “2023 Antitrust and Sustainability: Friends or Foes?” conference. The program will feature a keynote address and two panel discussions, during which the conference faculty will discuss the growing intersection between antitrust law and sustainability efforts aimed at fighting climate change. Managing Principal Judy Chang, who recently joined Analysis Group, will join a panel discussion.
