Summary of Experience

Ms. Faye applies her background and analytical skills in economics and finance to solve complex issues in litigation, regulatory matters, and investigations. She has advised leading law firms as well as Fortune 500 companies in the US and Canada on high-stakes securities- and finance-related litigation, corporate governance disputes, and antitrust matters.

Ms. Faye has led consulting teams throughout the litigation lifecycle, from discovery through trial, working closely with academic and industry experts to evaluate claims, develop affirmative and rebuttal arguments, assess damages and liability theories, and prepare expert reports and testimony. In securities- and finance-related litigation, she has analyzed complex financial instruments, claims of misrepresentation and fraud, price manipulation and materiality issues, and insider trading across multiple exchanges. In corporate governance disputes, she has assessed corporate control issues, fiduciary duties, related-party transactions, and executive compensation in matters where decision making, conflicts, and value impacts were central. In antitrust matters, she has analyzed allegations of market abuse, exclusionary or anticompetitive conduct, and competitive effects in industries such as banking, technology, retail, and consumer goods.

Previously, Ms. Faye was appointed to serve a two-year term as counsel to the chair of the American Bar Association’s (ABA’s) Antitrust Law Section. She has presented before the ABA, the Canadian Bar Association, and the New York State Bar Association on topics including antitrust, technology and financial markets, and sustainability.
