Vice Presidents Mark Berberian and Hyun Lee will join a panel on cryptocurrency, AI, and shareholder disputes, hosted by Freshfields and Analysis Group, at the 2025 Seoul ADR Festival. The panel will bring together legal and economic perspectives to examine how tribunals and courts have addressed emerging valuation and liquidity questions related to AI and cryptocurrency. The panelists will also explore lessons for future cross-border arbitration and Korea’s dynamic financial markets, and share the latest academic research from leading economists.
Mr. Berberian and Dr. Lee will be joined by panelists Sup-Joon Byun (Kim & Chang), John Choong (Freshfields), Saemee Kim (Lee & Ko), and Seokchun Yun (42Dot). Rohit Bhat (Freshfields) will moderate the session, with Nick Lingard (Freshfields LLP) delivering opening remarks.
