Ms. Graves is an expert in information technology development, infrastructure, and strategic solutions. She has more than 15 years of experience assembling, building, and deploying custom, global IT solutions across multiple provider services for Fortune 50 companies and government agencies. Her company provides brokerage services for domain name sales and acquisitions, interim leadership of technical teams for large corporate clients, and business development services for internet-related companies. Previously, Ms. Graves worked as an IT architect and network designer at both IBM and AT&T, where her responsibilities included security architecture and process, process development, change control, and risk management, as well as IP address allocation and valuation. As a result of her extensive experience, Ms. Graves has developed a strong understanding of market values for IP addresses. She is a charter member of American Registry for Internet Numbers (ARIN) and served on a standing committee of the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN), where she assisted in the development of public policies and marketplace reporting, facilitation of bylaw-mandated transparency and accountability mechanisms, and representation of global business interests in internet policy development. Ms. Graves has spoken around the globe and authored articles on topics including telework, internet governance and policy, cybersecurity, evolution of technology, and how the internet operates.
