Dr. Graupner’s antitrust experience includes assessing liability, damages, and class certification issues in matters of price-fixing, collusion, and monopoly power. He has conducted analyses and managed case teams on projects involving major technology companies, large banking institutions, and municipalities, among others. Dr. Graupner has supported experts and assisted clients in all phases of the litigation process, including discovery, expert report preparation, deposition testimony, motion preparation, and trial testimony.
