He has contributed to cases related to mergers, cartels, abuse of dominant position, breach of contract, quantification of damages, and data privacy litigation. Dr. Benelli’s experience spans a variety of sectors, including payment services, retail, food, sports rights, electrical equipment, telecommunications, furniture, medical equipment, and online advertising. He has supported experts before the European Commission, the French Competition Authority, the French Electronic Communications and Postal Regulatory Authority (ARCEP), the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL), the Paris Commercial Court, the Conseil d’État, and the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce in Geneva. In addition to his economics and engineering degrees, Dr. Benelli has studied philosophy and theology at the Collège des Bernardins in Paris and the Pontifical Gregorian University in Rome.
