Summary of Experience

Dr. Polley specializes in the application of economic analysis to complex questions arising in a variety of industries, including pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, regulation of public utilities, and energy and environment. His experience includes analyses of pharmaceutical distribution and dispensing trends, the assessment of false advertising claims, the evaluation of greenhouse gas (GHG) reduction programs, and the assessment of the evolution of the wireless service industry. Dr. Polley has assisted clients and supported experts in all phases of the litigation process, including the preparation of expert reports, deposition testimony, and trial preparation. He has published articles on experimental methods and safe water interventions in Development Engineering and the Journal of the Association of Environmental and Resource Economists. Prior to joining Analysis Group, Dr. Polley conducted randomized field experiments and surveys to study education and health in the developing world.
