Summary of Experience
Ms. McCool is Chief Administrative Officer of Analysis Group. She works closely with firm leadership and leads the firm’s Human Resources, Marketing, and Office Operations teams. Ms. McCool has nearly 25 years of experience in strategic consulting, human resources, and operational leadership. Earlier in her career, she spent nearly two decades at Monitor Group, a strategic consulting firm based in Boston, first as a strategic analyst, before moving into human resources and eventually becoming a partner and global head of HR for the firm.
