Summary of Experience

Ms. O’Haver specializes in the application of economic and financial theory to complex business litigation and commercial disputes. Her work includes matters related to class actions, mass torts, shareholder litigation, international taxation, and transfer pricing. Ms. O’Haver has supported many academic and industry experts in all phases of the litigation process, including pretrial discovery, preparation of expert reports, depositions, and trial testimony. Outside of the expert phase of litigation, she has provided consulting services to clients on exposure analyses, damages issues, mediations, and settlement negotiations. Prior to joining Analysis Group, Ms. O’Haver worked at Ernst & Young (EY) in the national tax practice.
