Dr. Ody specializes in applying microeconomics and econometrics to matters related to antitrust, competition, and health care markets. His research has focused on issues related to industrial organization in many health care industries, including hospitals, physicians, skilled nursing facilities, dialysis providers, and insurers. Dr. Ody’s research has been published in peer-reviewed journals such as The RAND Journal of Economics, Journal of Health Economics, American Economic Journal, and Health Affairs, and has been cited in newspapers such as The New York Times and The Wall Street Journal. Prior to joining Analysis Group, Dr. Ody was a research assistant professor at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
