She has experience across a variety of industries and markets, including technology, media, health care, and manufacturing. In antitrust and competition matters, Dr. Nguyen has supported academic and industry experts with analyses of class certification claims, competitive effects, and damages calculations. She also has experience assessing damages claims related to commercial disputes in a variety of subject matters. In the area of finance, Dr. Nguyen has conducted analyses of market efficiency, valuation, stock price patterns, and class certification. She has assisted experts in all phases of the litigation process, including discovery, preparation of reports, and deposition and trial testimony. Prior to joining Analysis Group, Dr. Nguyen performed research in applied microeconomics, focusing on the application of econometric techniques and survey design.
