His litigation experience includes analysis of reasonable royalties, lost profits, price erosion, unjust enrichment, consumer class-wide damages, theft of trade secrets, loss causation, and economic harm. In patent infringement matters, Dr. Fiore has evaluated claims of irreparable economic injury and other economic criteria relevant to obtaining injunctions. His case work has spanned a broad range of industries, including mobile devices, internet products and services, computer hardware and software, medical devices, and oil and gas. Dr. Fiore also has experience assessing claims of class-wide economic harm in class certification matters in industries such as food and beverages, automobile products, health care products, and household appliances. He has assisted in all phases of the litigation process, including fact discovery, expert reports, deposition, and trial.
