Dr. Fiore specializes in economic analysis and damages quantification in complex litigation matters, including intellectual property (IP), class action, breach of contract, and antitrust matters. His litigation experience includes analysis of reasonable royalties, lost profits, price erosion, disgorgement, consumer class-wide damages, and theft of trade secrets. His case work has spanned a broad range of industries, including mobile devices, internet products and services, computer hardware and software, medical devices, and oil and gas. Dr. Fiore also has experience assessing claims of class-wide economic harm in class certification matters in industries such as food and beverages, automobile products, health care products, and household appliances. He has assisted in all phases of the litigation process, including discovery, expert reports, deposition, and trial. Prior to joining Analysis Group, Dr. Fiore performed research on industrial organization economics, focusing on the airline industry and the impact of product unbundling.
