Dr. Rajani specializes in the application of microeconomics, econometrics, and statistics to complex litigation matters in the area of antitrust and competition, as well as in commercial disputes. She has assisted clients and supported experts in the preparation of reports, testimony, and related analyses in a number of cases in these areas. She has analyzed liability issues, evaluated market structures, and assessed damages models in the health care, telecommunications, agricultural, and pharmaceutical industries. Dr. Rajani’s writing on employment issues has appeared in Law360, and her academic research on program evaluation has been published in Economic Inquiry.
