Analysis Group is proud to host New York Arbitration Week’s diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) session at our New York office. The session will begin with an introduction from Analysis Group Vice President Laura Acosta, followed by keynote addresses from Carlos E. Martínez Betanzos (Fonseca, Rodríguez, Perchemlian & Martínez), Marcie Dickson (Alterity ADR), Kabir A.N. Duggal (Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer), and Jadranka Jakovcic (Bracewell). Keynote speakers will explore topics of DE&I relevant to their own life experiences, including addressing adversity, access, and change from their individual perspectives. DE&I themes that may be explored during this session include unconscious bias, gender diversity, LGBTQIA+ diversity, racial diversity, intersectional diversity, age, and socioeconomics. Breakout sessions and a networking lunch will follow the keynotes.
