Analysis Group Continues Expansion of International Arbitration Expert Bench

March 26, 2026

Analysis Group is pleased to welcome Tim Allen to the firm as a senior advisor in our growing global team of international arbitration experts. Based in London, Mr. Allen has 30 years of experience as a damages expert witness, specializing in cross-border disputes in litigation and international arbitration proceedings under International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) International Court of Arbitration, UNCITRAL, London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), and American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules. He has testified in international arbitration and court proceedings on more than 50 occasions on issues related to breach of contract, acquisition disputes, and investment treaty claims. His work spans sectors such as mining, oil and gas, power generation, telecommunications, financial services, and manufacturing.

Mr. Allen is the second senior advisor in recent months to join Analysis Group’s team of more than 50 experts with testifying experience in international arbitration matters. US-based energy economist and valuation expert Kenneth Grant joined Analysis Group in August, bringing specialist experience in energy-related matters involving competitive analysis, valuation, antitrust, and market design. The additions of Mr. Allen and Mr. Grant deepen Analysis Group’s core expertise in liability, quantum, and valuation, and reinforce our ability to access internal industry knowledge across international arbitration’s most active sectors, most notably finance and energy.

The growth of Analysis Group’s International Arbitration team continues the firm’s 40-year track record of leveraging economic, financial, and accounting expertise to support clients facing high-stakes disputes in a wide range of industries. Our experts have provided analyses and testimony in some of the largest commercial and investor-state disputes to date; our teams have assisted with analyses of liability, quantum, jurisdictional issues, contract breaches, technical issues related to alleged violations of bilateral investment treaties (BITs), and expropriation of various types of assets.
