With more than 35 years of experience, Mr. Quoyeser specializes in the strategic, commercial, and environmental aspects of the oil and gas industry, with a particular focus on the US production sector. He has prepared expert reports and provided expert testimony on a range of commercial and managerial topics. Mr. Quoyeser previously served as the chief commercial officer of LongPath Technologies, a venture-stage company providing methane detection and quantification services to US oil and gas producers. Prior to that, he was the interim CEO of University Lands, where he was responsible for maximizing the value of 2.1 million acres in West Texas for the benefit of The University of Texas System and the Texas A&M University System. In this role, he managed commercial and contractual relationships with oil and gas operators and renewable energy producers to generate over $2 billion in land revenue each year. Mr. Quoyeser has three decades of experience working in management consulting, including helping to build and lead an onshore oil and gas practice at a management consulting firm. He also played a key role in building the Permian Strategic Partnership, a collaboration of 15 leading oil and gas companies established to address limits to growth in the Permian Basin.
