Summary of Experience
Mr. Mirsberger specializes in complex financial accounting and the application of finance and accounting theory to questions that arise in commercial disputes as well as securities, antitrust, and finance litigation. His experience includes analysis of issues that involve generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), financial statements, valuation, and corporate disclosures. He has worked on matters involving damages estimation, mergers and acquisitions, contract breaches, and bankruptcies. Mr. Mirsberger has worked with clients facing US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) investigations, advised clients in support of pre-litigation negotiations, and supported expert testimony in litigation. His experience has spanned multiple industries, including manufacturing, financial services, youth sports, pharmaceuticals and live entertainment. Prior to joining Analysis Group, Mr. Mirsberger was a postgraduate technical assistant for the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB). He is a certified public accountant licensed in Wisconsin and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs.
