Summary of Experience

Ms. Attia specializes in the application of economic and statistical analysis to complex litigation matters, including those involving the assessment of economic damages claims and the design and critique of statistical samples. She has assisted experts in all phases of the litigation process, including discovery, expert reports, deposition, and trial. This work has spanned the areas of class certification, labor and employment, breach of contract, intellectual property, and antitrust, as well as the telecommunications, oil and gas, consumer products, health care, aviation, energy, and electronic devices industries, among others. Prior to joining Analysis Group, Ms. Attia provided economic consulting services at a global business advisory firm.
