Summary of Experience
Mr. Marrero is experienced in the application of accounting, finance, business, and economic concepts to complex questions arising in securities, finance, and general business litigation. His litigation and advisory experience includes matters involving valuation, commercial disputes, damages estimation, corporate governance, application of US generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), financial reporting and disclosures, intellectual property (IP), and transfer pricing. Mr. Marrero’s work has spanned multiple industries including technology, health care, agriculture, energy, payments, and financial services, among others. He has also consulted to clients in accounting and financial reporting litigation matters involving the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the US Department of Justice (DOJ). Prior to joining Analysis Group, Mr. Marrero served as a financial analyst and compliance supervisor at Goldman Sachs.
